Been Busy

We were busy in March!

Andrew turned 2...

We went to the zoo...

There were animals to look at and there were animals to touch. We even got to brush the sheepies. But we liked the peacocks the best. Andrew tried to touch one...but he ran away. Did you know that peacocks like pretzel sticks?

And we got to go on Easter egg hunts. One was at the playground. It was really cold outside. Mama got bags for us. Then a man showed us where the eggs were. Then we picked them up and put them in our bags. Mama helped us open them...and there was candy inside!! Then we went to a building church. A man talked for few minutes. Then we went down the steps and ate hot dogs.

And we went to another Easter egg hunt. It was at MOPS. We got candy and teddy bear crackers and fishy crackers in our eggs.

And Mama had more eggs for us at home. One egg had a cracker cause Jesus ate with the disciples. One egg had money in it cause Judas got money. One egg had a cross in it cause that's where Jesus died. One egg had a cloth in it cause they wrapped Jesus in it. One egg had a rock in it cause they put the rock in front of Jesus' tomb. And the last egg was empty cause JESUS IS ALIVE!!!

What did you do in March?

I really like the eggs with the Easter story things in them. Your mommy sure had good ideas.
