I Have Something to Say

Mama said you'd like to know that I've been up to more than just walking around everywhere. I have things to say and I'm learning to say what I want to say.

Mama said that I got going the same way as my brother...with the noises....

Mama - "Andrew, what does a sheep say?"

Andrew - "Baaaaa!!"

M - "What does a cow say?"

A - "Boo!"

M - "What does a dog say?"

A - "Fffffff!"

M - "What does an owl say?"

A - "Oooooo!"

M - "What does a car say?"

A - "Bbbbbbbb!!!"

M - "What does a monkey say?"

A - "Ee-ee-oo-oo!"

M - "What does a bear say?"

A - "Aaarrrr!"

And now that I have those down pat, I'm moving onward and upward...I have added the following to my things-to-say...

1. "bah-wooo"
2. "doooooh - k"
3. "duh-k"
4. "baaaah"
5. "deps"

Can you figure them all out...or do you need Mama to translate?

Tell your brother that "moat leaf" is a "Spoonerism" in honor of Rev. William Archibald Spooner, who was famous for similar constant "slips of the tongue."

Thought that tidbit might "make your day!"
