Over the River and Through the Woods...

We went to Grandma and Grandpa "Hebrew's" house...and we forgot to tell you about it!

A few weeks ago, after we ate breakfast, we got in the car and drived for a long time. Mama turned on the stories so we could listen to them in the car. When we got out of the car, we were at the place where Grandpa "Hebrew" works. That's what Mama said. I wasn't so sure cause we walked in the door and I didn't see him. But Mama talked to a man and then he walked away and then Grandpa came out. He taked us through another door and showed us a big machine that he uses. He said that it washes pans and buckets. He turned it on...not much to see, but it sure maked lots of noise!! Then a nice lady gived me a piece of cheese to eat. And Andrew gots one too.

Then we got back in the car and drived just for a little bit. We saw big, big, big shiny red barns and the other things beside them. Mama said those were called silos. This time when we got out we were at Grandma's house. And our cousins were there too.

We played with our cousins...

We played cars and trucks. I got to help Grandpa feed the birds. We went to visit Aunt "Roof". We went in the swings.

And we went to a museum.

I got to eat a piece of candy and push Andrew's stroller. Then we went inside the building and there were lots and lots of people and lots and lots of fun things to do. I got to make cars and trucks

and play with balls and stick things

and sit in a tractor

and climb up steps and go in a store and put other things in the machine.

It was fun!!!

Andrew had fun too. I think he liked when Grandpa read books. And the swings.

This was a special page for both of us. I even got to enjoy some of the activities I hadn't been able to be part of physically.
